Roster not completed yet. League play started last night. Mondays in Windsor at 8:30 pm and Thursdays in Merlin at 7:30 pm.

Are you havin a team again this year? If so are you putting it in the league with appin, port, melb, etc?

That hasn't been decided yet. We have inquired about joining the league but a home site and date as yet haven't been determined. As well we are still looking for a young pitcher, and a few other jr players to help out.

Does the Merlin Jr. Team have a roster and schedule yet? What tournaments are they going too? Could you please post a schedule?

We do not have a schedule yet. For the most part it will be every monday in Windsor at 8:30 and every thursday at 7:30 in Merlin.

Merlin has they're schedule out now. just the same as posted earlier. monday nights in windsor at 8:30 and home nights thursday in merlin at 7:30. The team is looking strong!!!!

I could throw a team together tonight with guys that have not played for 10 years and look strong in the Windsor League. I thought you guys were going to another league? Not going to get any better playing in the Windsor League.

Thats true, the league is pretty dull but we would like to stay closer to home for now for league games. Also, seeing we haven't topped that league yet, can't see us moving on to a better league. If there are any besides the St. Thomas league. Who's weezy to easy"? JEFF HOPE LOL?  |

I am not sure if he is playing in Detroit or not. He hasn't played in Windsor for a number of years. Pops Boys was never in the Windsor League, just a throw together team for Goderich. Last played under Ticket Wicket Travel in the mid 90's but nice to hear he still has fans. If Pops Boys were to come back to play I am pretty sure they would be the top team. Brutal League all around, wouldn't boast about being a strong team and still playing in that league.
As for Hope haven't seen him out, playing in Morpeth the last I heard. Just goes to show you how bad that league is when three people within twenty minutes of Windsor travel one hour just to play ball.
