Game 1: Merlin 14 Kent Bridge 4 WP: Daryl Presley
Game 2: Merlin 11 Inneskillen 1 WP: Brian Snake JR
Game 3: Semi-Final (1) Merlin 7 Innerkip 12 LP: Brian Snake JR
Game 4: Semi-Final (2) Merlin 3 Fisherville 5 LP: Brian Snake JR
Turned out to be a great performance by Merlin finishing 3rd

Maybe you lost your coach early in the year because you stink! Not because of the talk as you put it. Better players in a better league, or big fish in too small a pond. Either way go REDS! You Suck!! ;D

LOL no no no.. "Truth", we all know why Jeff bailed. Straight up and told us all he couldn't take the talk anymore about people thinking he screwed up the team or something along those lines.

I am not sure what you mean bailed on the team, you have posted earlier on this website looking for a coach on March the 5th, that is plenty of time to find another coach. For all your progress reports it sounds like you are having a solid season down there in Windsor.

lol, they wanted in the South Middlesex League, if they cannot beat Windsor not sure how they would have won a game in even the South Middlesex.

That's the thing, we didn't want the South Middlesex League yet. We thought about joining but why join a better league when we haven't won this one?

Merlin completed a double header lastnight losing the first game 9-7 and winning the second 13-4.

Merlin goes on improving they're record to 6-4 with a win last night in Windsor.

Hey another win tonight 9-3. Merlin back on the winning track now with a 7 - 4 record. Geared up for this weekend in Mitchell facing Breslau Badgers Saturday at 11 am, Ponsonby at 3 pm and finishing the day with Simcoe at 7 pm.

Game 1: Merlin 4 Breslau Badgers 2 WP: Phil drew
Game 2: Merlin 0 Ponsonby Sting 7 LP: Brian Snake JR
Game 3: Merlin 5 Simcoe 17 LP: Brian Snake JR
Game 4: "B" Semi-Final Merlin 3 Port Burwell 1 WP: Phil Drew
Game 5: "B" Final Merlin 5 Puslinch 8 LP: Jake McKillop
Team played well with the exception of the 17-5 loss against Simcoe. Which Merlin was leading the way 5-1 untill the top of 5, where Simcoe drilled every pitch thrown resulting in a 16 run inning.

Merlin played Monday night defeating Windsor Reds making it 4 wins in a row and keeping them in 1st place with an 8 - 4 record. Play continues tonight at 7:30 pm in Merlin.
