Actually Jeff was a coach/player last year with us in the Windsor league. He couldn't handle the talk this year and bailed out on the entire team.

Merlin wins they're opening game in Windsor Monday night. Next scheduled game is Thursday, 7:30 pm in Merlin.

Your team must really stink if you are just squeaking out wins against the Windsor Reds, met them in Glencoe's Tourney, great bunch of guys , very weak team, find it hard to believe you guys are going to get better playing teams like that.

Windsor League recruits women's pitcher. Lorna retired mother of six to start against Merlin tonight so come out to watch. Lorna hasn't pitched in 17 years but says she can still hurl the pill in the mid 20's. Free hot dogs to the first 3 people in the gate.

Merlin Jrs were given they're first loss last night losing to the Windsor Reds 6-5 in the bottom of 7. Putting Merlin's record to 4-1 on the year.

Merlin was rocked last night against the Windsor Reds losing 16-4 adding another loss to bring them to 4-3 on the young season. This weekend Merlin is travelling to Aberfoyle for the ORSA tournament facing Kent Bridge 10 am Saturday.
