I was told they were entering the South Middlesex League, but first they had to pay the St.Thomas league the 800 or so dollars they owed them , before they were allowed to apply. Also told Chris Doxtator and his brother were pitching.

Oneida has cleared things up with the St. Thomas league. There is no problem with them, from the league's point of view. I hope they are successful in getting into the South Middlesex League.

Is there any chance of someday merging the South Middlesex League and the St.Thomas League? Make one bigger league. I have watch both leagues, I know the pitching might not be as good in the Middlesex one, but there is lots of great players there. I heard Oneida and Appin are going back in the league. That would give them 8 teams along with Lambeth, Strathroy, Poplar Hill, Melbourne Mercs, Melbourne Jrs, and Port Stanley. Seems geographical it would work. Are there too many players already playing in both leagues? Lambeth and Appin from what i have seen can compete with some of these teams. Why not make it one big league, they use the same umpires and the locations seemed to be intertwined. Is this a dumb question?

It has been discussed in the past. It sounds like some of the guys in the SM league don't like the idea of travelling too far to Blenheim, Morpeth and Alvinston. It may be a necessary move someday but as of now it's nice to have a place for young guys to get more playing time.

I agree. AA should start his own Web business. This Union site is good, especially once the info gets updated for the upcoming season.
