Wondering if an out of area rule for isc II teams might change the "tournament" or "allstar" only teams that play in the tourney. Just an idea if people dislike those types of teams.

In Ontario it wouldn't change much unless the province is divided into a few pieces.
As it sits today the area we play in is made up of all of Ontario (excluding parts west of Thunder Bay) and all of Quebec. With that area being so large there are very few restrictions on ISC II teams in Ontario. It is pretty easy to load up. Divide the province into 4 regions and it becomes much tougher to stack a team (still doable though).
