I have heard a lot of stuff about cory and todd going to ingersoll, mccallum going to glencoe to be with his significant other.. and apparently some players coming into Belmont.
Maybe someone from the team could straighten all this out of you guys..... Cory todd or mark let us know what your doin next year.. and maybe say who is coming back and who isnt.

Yes there are those lovely rumors that my brother and I are going to Ingersoll and Mark is going to Glencoe. Cory and I are not leaving Belmont and we can't speak for Mark but hope he doesn't leave. Nothing we can do if he does leave though. As for guys coming in, yes we have talked to a number of guys but nothing set in stone yet. One guy coming for sure as of right now to coach and to play a little is Bart Haight. I am sure that there is no secret as it was said late in the year. Hopefully Mr. French will come back and help coach with Bart. Hopefully the guys that we have talked to will come to Belmont because they will help our team for next season

Well its good to see the brothers are staying in Belmont. That team did struggle this year, but hopefully it was a learning experience. I like the nucleus of that team, they just need an arm or two to compliment Todd. Hopefully they can keep the young crop of kids for next years team.

To the last post about needing a couple arms to compliment Todd. I'm not bashing Todd at all but Todd didnt play as well for us as he has in the league in the past. The Majority of our wins came from Veto. Todd really picked it up in the playoffs vs Blehniem but he isnt the end all be all of our team. We dont have a bad staff at all. We just need an all around better year out of everyone next year especially cutting down on errors.
Again not bashing Toddy at all, will always love his dirty dumper he has for a chin!

to the last post two ago Todd was the end all to be all because without him the team would of folded. He came and lead the team in batting and pitching but didn't have to help him. You guys need to pick up some better players or he will go somewhere else.

To reply #3. I don't think he is the be all and end all of the Belmont team either, but the fact is, if he was not there to pitch every night they would have had no pitching at all. Vito only had nine games in and Craig went A.W.A.L. mid way through the season. They should have pitched Keenan more, but truely, Todd is the ace of that staff.
But note: Todd would be the first one to admit that he pitched lousy, during the regular season, and another arm would benefit the team and him.
Vito won't be back.

Ed todd didnt lead the team in batting and pitching. He may have logged the most innings but he sure didnt lead in numbers.

Just read on the MLB website that the Detroit Tigers are looking at signing Winky to a 2 year/$4 million deal with a team option for a third year at 2.3 million a season with an invite to spring training. The plan is to have him throw submarine and use him as a left handed relief specialist. Nice to see guys in the league getting the call to the show!!

Maybe if that last post is true Wrener and Hewy will come back, since Winks was some of the reason they both left..
Good Luck in Motown...

UHHH OHHH Dusty isnt better than anyone on that team to start over.. he wouldnt even crack the outfield.
