For the person that won't about Alvinston being a classy team. They are a bunch of classy guys but the one person on that team makes them look very bad is chico. He whines at every chance he get don't matter if he wrong or right. He bitches when there is no need to bitch. He is a VP of the league and when it comes down to making a decision regarding his team or what is best for the league he goes for the team first and not the league and that is wrong. Chico brings that team down and if his team ever found out what he does to get them in certain tourneys(ISC II) or situations I am sure they would not be very happy with him.

OK, i think everyone needs to get the main part of this whole series straight. Who in the hell choked? ? Greg guy pitched prolly the best 5 games in a row that has ever been seen in this league. To say that anyone on this Blenheim team choked obviously didn't see the series. Everyone knows that Alvinston is one of the most successful teams in this league if not Ontario and to shut them down like Gator did was simply amazing. We were in every game and the games that we did lose were so far from Gators fault they couldn't be seen from the planet formally known as Pluto. Our defense including myself as one of the experienced players had a brain fart in game 4 but Greg and the rest of us gave it everything we had. We gave Alvinston everything they could handle and then some. The catch by Fenton in left field that was called a trap was simply ridiculous as I was standing 5 feet from him and watched him catch it. Definitely the tsn turning point in that game but unlike in the past when things go wrong or don't go our way we didn't pack it in and hand Alvinston the series. Even after we traveled all the way to Alvinston to find no umpires we came back to Blenheim to win game 3. And to make a comment about the league having no balls is not fair. I wouldn't want to be the one to make the decisions that decide a teams fate. As long as they have reasons and they stand behind their decisions we have to accept them. In game 4 again, gator had Alvinstons number. With the mound at 50 feet and flight restricted balls the game was ours for the taking. Without the shotty defense that our team is not accustom to, the series would have been over then. But like Alvinston does, they find ways to win when it counts. Game 5 we had rapped up as well but again the savage Indians would not let their season come to an end. Timely hitting by quality ball players wins you series. Players like Dad(frog), Smitty and the guys in the middle to provide the base runners can be almost invisible and then emerge when it hurts most as they did. They both hit balls over the fence off the best pitchers in the league in the first inning of games. So for them to each hit a home run in the 5th consecutive game, 35th consecutive inning pitched by gator is hardly a choke!!!!!!!! Great series and playoffs Gator, if we had to we would start you in all 5 games again!!!!!!!!! I think you have proved that you are among the best pitchers in this league in all situations. Congrats to Alvinston and St. Thomas on winning there series and to a great final series.... Peace Out!!!!

Arguing on the internet is like being an athlete in the "Special Olympics"......It doesn't matter who wins, you're all still retarded.
All the Blenheim players still REALLY want to know who it is posting the guest messages...Toll we know it's you, just admit it already! Anyway I think Gregg made a good post above stressing what I would assume everyone on the Blenheim team thinks about Alvinston. Great team, great players, and we have tons respect for all of them. Not having 2 pitchers killed us in that series but Gator still pitched amazing for us.
Should be a good final series. good-luck to both

Makes sense that Toll is writing them....ahahahahah I can't believe they gave him a computer at work to stir up shit on here while he is selling hot dogs, pop and talking on the cell phone. Man, if you multi-tasked while working on the line like you do with everything else while at work Chrysler's would only be worth 15,000 instead of 25,000... ahahahah suck it up princess Toll!!!!!!!! ; ;D

ALVINSTON INDIANS EVEN SERIES
On a cold and windy Sunday afternoon, September 24, the Alvinston Indians hosted game 2 of the best 3 out of 5 St. Thomas and District Fastball League Playoff Finals. With St. Thomas up 1-0 in the series, a win for Alvinston was very vital, as they did not want to fall behind 2-0 in the series. The Indians sent Brad Young to the mound, and the St. Thomas Storm sent Ryan Cummings to the mound. Both pitchers were brilliant in the contest, and so were the fielders of each team, who battled the strong winds for every out in the game. Both teams offences struggled for hits, because of the great performances by both pitchers on the mound. After seven complete innings, the score was still 0-0, and the international tie breaker rule was put into force in the game, in hopes of deciding a winner in the contest. In the eighth inning, neither team counted a run. In the ninth Alvinston held St. Thomas off the scoresheet, due to a timely defensive catch by CF Marc Greenwood for the Indians to end the inning. In their half of the ninth, the Indians finally scored a run to even the series at 1 game a piece. With Shawn Fenton at second, he was sacrifice bunted to third by Scott Smith. Then St. Thomas proceeded to intentionally walk Brad Young, and Scott McAuley to load the bases and to allow for the force play at any base. The next batter Marc Greenwood then executed the suicide squeeze play to perfection, scoring Fenton from third base for the 1-0 hard fought victory for the Indians. Brad Young was the winning pitcher on the mound. He was dominant in 9 innings of work, where he allowed no runs on five hits, while walking two and striking out 3.
Game 3 of the series goes at 8:00pm Tuesday evening in Fingal.

From Alvinston - Andy Triest From St.Thomas - Dusty Brown who hit a grand SLAM-ZEE-EH! (if you know what I'm saying) I still don't understand why a van of stenchful swamp donkeys from Waterloo came to Fingal? Stories to be exchanged Thursday evening.
