I played with Cory this year and for a few years for that matter and Cory has never complained about playing time. He wants his share and who doesn't but he sure as hell does not mind sitting out a few games. He has always been a class act for any team he's been on and thats a fact. As for Todd sure he struggled with Belmont, this year but he would help any team he's on, I mean he only won the MVP award this year in the best league in Ontario.
Sounds like sour grapes from someone who had their position taken from Todd and Cory.
Oh and for the record its not Ed, I play for Bridgeport.

hey buddy, you must have a little time between your practices for your up coming, co-ed slopitch tourney. oh, by the way if you go 5-5 in a co-ed slo-pitch tourney, be proud, thats quite an accomplishment. you must have had your position taken from one of the winkworth brothers.

Why so much interest in the Winkworth brothers? If they suck so much who should care where they go. Todd will just get pounded , and Cory will have another quiet year. It seems like the only ones not interested in all of this are Todd and Cory themselves. Sounds like the brothers must of turned down the team that post #27 or #28 played for.
honestly, by the sounds of it I don't blame them for turning down that guyS team
Man, didn't the season just end, and already the shit flies.

Davis Landon of the Ingersoll Masters and President of the Tri-county League, suffered a great loss on the weekend. His son passed away of 85% burns to his body from a basement fire on the weekend. Have a care. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Davis and his entire Family
INGERSOLL - Ingersoll resident, Ryan Landon, 22, is in critical condition in a London hospital suffering from serious burns after a fire broke out in his basement apartment early Saturday morning. His roommate Jason Kurtz, also 22, was treated for smoke inhalation at Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll. A visitor, Ted Walker, 51, of South-West Oxford Township, who helped rescue Landon from the apartment, was also treated for smoke inhalation. Fire broke out around 6:45 a.m., in a basement apartment located at 285 Thames St. N., which housed 47 units and 61 tenants. Ingersoll firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze that drew a fire crew of 22. According to Oxford OPP Const. Dennis Harwood, Walker was on his way to the apartment complex when he was informed of the fire by the tenants through a cellphone call. Noting smoke in the basement upon arrival, Walker entered the building and went towards the basement where he found Kurtz climbing the stairs from the apartment.

heard thru the grapevine that the Port Stanley Pirates are going to join the woodstock league. Committed players are Matt and Tyler Lynch, Todd Winkworth, Brent Crocker, Paul Velema and Dusty and Jesse Brown. Any truth to this from the woodstock league or the Port side of things.
