Did you read his message, he said he was waiting to hear back for sure from Morpeth. Try reading and understanding the whole message before replying you dumbass. I did read the message. The schedule for the challenge cup is already up and there is not a team from the STDMFL on it. That's why I was wondering who in the blue fuck was going.

need to score more than 1 run in 2 games, and you are not going to.
Series over, shittiest Finals in the past 20 years.

Why bother trying to hit when you're flipping a coin among 9 starters to see who gets to try and throw? The finals are shitty, that's for sure...but the semi's weren't. Just ask Alvinston

What Happened to the other pitchers that they had?? They used to have at least 2 pretty good pitchers behind Blonde. Never seen them get played much.. but when they were stuck, they did the job..

Guess they should have given the old pitchers more reps instead of using them as mules and roll players, and guys to fill spots when Jim's all star slo pitch guys wouldn't show up. Voth could have carried them through pretty nicely..

Where have you been for the last 4 yrs? It`s been that long since Voth has played.Due to injury and family and job commitments.People that don`t know what they are talking about should keep their comments to themselves because they are the ones that hurt the sport of fastball. If you got "something" to say at least don`t be a coward and sign your name.

On Monday night in Fingal before a large crowd the St. Thomas Storm won their 5th STDMFL title since 2001 with an 8-1 victory over the Morpeth Magic. The Storm scored 3 runs in the first inning off starter Darren Devine and scored 5 more runs in the 2nd off Devine and reliever Norm Logan. Morpeth was without the services of ace Greg Guy, out with a shoulder injury. Full credit goes to the Magic players who were enthusiastic and played hard despite their situation. Ryan Cummings once again was dominant for St. Thomas allowing 1 unearned run in the 5th, giving up 5 hits and had 11 Ks. Cummings pitched all 5 games for St. Thomas in the semi final and final allowing 3 runs (1 earned). Several Storm hitters contributed to the win, particularly Matt Lynch(homerun), Aaron Gould(2H, 3rbi), Brent Crocker(3/3 2rbi, 2runs)
The league title caps a successful year for the Storm who also won their 8th league pennant in the last 9 years with an 18-6 record. Overall St. Thomas compiled a record of 29-21 while playing a very competitive tournament schedule.
With the departure of several key players prior to the 2010 season, the prospect of winning a pennant was not good let alone winning the playoffs too. After a 3 and 3 start it was clear that the holes left by Mark Coleman, Ty Lessard and Pete Babcock needed to be filled. Several Storm veterans led by captain Chris Payne took ownership of the situation and turned things around going on a 13-0 run to end the season. Cummings and fellow pitcher Dan Beecroft were very stSteve French down the stretch and the team defense was excellent.
St. Thomas would like to thank all of their sponsors and fans who have supported the team this season and over the years.

D.Devine Hey Devine, go fuck yourself, I am pretty sure my 60 dad can throw harder then you. Your team has burned some bridges with pitchers , and in fact many other players. All started when Jim was calling other teams players. I do know what the heck I am talking about. I am glad to be playing for another team. Guys that post their names are just about as bad as guys who don't. So the guy above did not want to post his name big fucking deal, the internet is freedom of speech, so go and shove your big ORSA championship right up your shitpipe. Fast Phil

If I do go to the banquet that will up the total from last year to 30 people. So maybe I should go.
